The Popular Global Cinema Café is Back!
By popular demand, the Panida Theater is bringing back the Global Cinema Café film series. The international film series is sponsored by Ting. “Global Cinema Café supports our vision and values by culturally enriching our community and providing diverse programming,” says Managing Director, Veronica Knowlton. “Global Cinema Café offers international and independent productions and we are proud to show them in a big screen venue.”
The series starts October 16 and will run through April 23, 2023. Films include “Belfast,” “They Shall Not Grow Old,” and “Moonlight.” The series will be one Sunday of each month with both matinee and evening showings. “Without community sponsors, the Panida would not be able to offer affordable events, so we always welcome and celebrate the generosity of our Sandpoint community,” says Veronica.
