Panida Theater Covid Policy

Clients and promoters renting or hosting events at the Panida Theater will submit event specific attendee covid plan at the time of signing rental contract.  Live productions must submit production staff procedures to ensure the health of all actors, directors, musicians, stage hands and any other members associated with event production. Plan will identify guest and client procedures. Guests should check the individual event information page for admission policies.

All events acknowledge : An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. I acknowledge that hosting an event with the Panida Theater brings some risk and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being.

Panida staff, Board and volunteers, are encouraged to wear masks with guests and visitors present. All events will have hand sanitizer and free masks available upon theater entry, regardless of client/promoters guest policy. Encouraged mask signage will be displayed in the entry foyer, concessions lobby and restrooms.
