Hi Panida Patrons,
This past weekend the Panida hosted a fundraiser for Kaniksu Land Trust and Pend Oreille Pedalers where we raised over $7,000 for those two amazing organizations. 100% of ticket and raffle sales to No Man's Land Film Tour on March 31 went to KLT and POP, thanks to our amazing sponsors; Claire Anderson, the Co-Owner of Burger Dock, Matchwood Brewery, and The Alpine Shop. Over 30 local businesses and individuals donated raffle items to the event as well! Before the show started we had a panel discussion with three local leaders in the outdoor industry who spoke about the importance of representation, inclusivity, and accessibility to our outdoors.
It was an amazing event that filled my heart and made me fall in love with Sandpoint and our community even more.
A part of the Panida's mission is to enrich and collaborate with our community and this event did all of that.
I just want to thank everyone who showed up to this beautiful night and a HUGE thank you to the amazing businesses who provided raffle items and to our three sponsors. I also want to thank a friend of mine who helped me behind the scenes organizing the logistics of the event, Samantha Ryan.
I hope to see you this April, we have some amazing events coming through the Panida.
Cheers and happy Spring!
