The Panida wants to hear from you. We want to bring a more robust selection of movies to the Panida – and we want our community to help shape what that looks like. We've created a short survey asking what kinds of films you'd like to see, what days and times work best, how you find out about movies and events, and even whether you might like to get involved.

Movies have been part of the Panida from the very beginning.

On opening night in November 1927, the brand-new Panida screened the brand-new silent film Now We're In the Air.

‍A lot has changed in the 99 years since. First the advent of television, then multiplex cinemas and now home streaming services have transformed the way we watch movies and what makes sense for a single-screen theater like the Panida.

But one thing hasn't changed: There's still something special about seeing a great movie together on the big screen.

We're committed to making the Panida a wonderful place to see films that fill a niche, offer something different – and bring our community together for a shared experience.
