Join the Idaho Conservation League for a film screening of Shared Waters: Ktunaxa and the Coal Mines. Our new documentary explores the fight to protect the Kootenai River from pollution caused by mountaintop removal coal mining in British Columbia, highlighting Ktunaxa leadership, science, restoration, and resilience. Vice Chairman Gary Aitken Jr. of the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho, film director Jennifer Ekstrom, and cinematographer Jimmy Matlosz will join us for a Q & A after the screening.
