A Holiday Dance Production Presented by Laiche Dance Center

Somewhere between the magic of Christmas and a little holiday mischief, an extraordinary story is waiting to unfold.

This December, the historic Panida Theatre becomes the whimsical world of Whoville as Laiche Dance Center proudly presents GRINCHMAS, an imaginative holiday dance production inspired by the beloved Christmas classic, How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

In a town where Christmas spirit knows no bounds, the streets are alive with celebration, the anticipation of Christmas morning fills the air, and every Who is preparing for the most wonderful time of the year. But high above the festivities, on the snowy slopes of Mount Crumpit, someone has an entirely different idea of how Christmas should unfold.

What follows is a journey of mischief, wonder, laughter, and unexpected transformation, brought to life through expressive choreography, captivating performances, beautiful costumes, and the remarkable artistry of Laiche Dance Center's dancers.

Blending the excitement of live theatre with the beauty and emotion of dance, GRINCHMAS invites audiences of all ages to experience a familiar story in an entirely new way. Every scene is thoughtfully brought to life, from the colorful celebrations of Whoville to the unforgettable moments that remind us what Christmas is truly about.

More than a holiday performance, GRINCHMAS is a celebration of imagination, connection, and the extraordinary things that happen when a community comes together to create something magical.

Whether you're part of the Laiche Dance Center family or simply looking to experience the wonder of the holiday season, all families and members of our community are warmly invited to join us for this special celebration.

This Christmas, the greatest gift isn't found beneath the tree. It's found in the moments we share.

Join us for an unforgettable holiday experience in the heart of downtown Sandpoint.
