One night of HEART classic rock favorites and new music from the Heart Of The Blues album with Roger and a world-class band featuring the vocal talents of Carol Ann Wood.

Presented by Human Tribe LLC

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Guitarist of Heart to perform at historic Panida Theater!

The music of HEART has captivated radio and live audiences for decades.  Original member, Roger Fisher, brings his part of the magic to north Idaho when he comes to the beautiful historic Panida Theater on June 8th. Fisher co-wrote many of the band Heart’s early hits and arrives in Sandpoint to release his newest album “Heart of the Blues”. He will be performing songs from his new album along with those hits he co-wrote like song with the famous riff “Barracuda” and the “Crazy on You” which are tunes that have stood the test of time and been covered by countless artists and featured in film, television, and the video game Guitar Hero. His brother, Michael, on sound along with a full band arrives to the Panida stage to kick off summer.

June will heat up as the north west gets to experience Fisher and a world-class band featuring the acclaimed vocal talents of Carol Ann Wood.

Roger and Michael Fisher have been coming to Sandpoint for years. Schweitzer for skiing and the draw of Sandpoint's downtown have been a favorite of theirs when not on tour. They stopped in on their last visit to the area to better explore the Panida and fell in love with the theater's charm and rich musical history. That was a key factor in their choosing to do their album release here.

Heart was once the major matriarchal and tightest sibling group in rock. Ann Wilson, its lead singer, and sister Nancy, the acoustic guitarist, had paired off, respectively and romantically, with brothers Mike and Roger Fisher, the sound man and lead guitarist. Together, the Seattle-based group had cut four platinum LPs in four years. Although they are no longer performing together Roger will perform some of those iconic hits we still know and love.

The new album piques the curiosity with titles like Pain and Glory, Geronimo and a Girl Named Bob. The music was partially inspired by time spent in the Mississippi Delta, home of the foundation of jazz, blues, rock and all subsequent related styles of music. A rare opportunity in north Idaho to enjoy the elevated musical experience of such a renowned guitar artist.
